How Can a Functional Medicine Health Coach Help Me?

As your health coach, I'll help you find clarity about WHAT you want and WHY it matters to you, and then help you create a roadmap to get there. 


I help you achieve the health & wellness goals that are most important to you and most in tune with your deepest values. 


Change can be hard. Even when we know what we should do to be healthier, that doesn't make it much easier. And even having compelling information doesn't necessarily help. 


I help you determine exactly what you want and why it's important to you. Then we figure out how you get there -- according to YOUR life and your individual needs. 


When we work together in 1-on-1 coaching, it is not a pre-set "program" that is the same for everyone. 


It is an individualized approach focused on your strengths and your goals.

In Functional Medicine, we’re trying to understand how we got there, not just what we call it. We want to manage your individual characteristics based upon why it’s present in your body.
