Nope! I am a Functional Medicine Health Coach, but that just means that my approach is rooted in lifestyle medicine and looking at the whole person when addressing wellness. Functional Medicine asks, 'WHY?" when addressing medical issues and looks for a deeper cause. I help you do that too. My focus is on helping you with nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep, relationships and mind-body connection.
It depends on your needs, where you are starting, and where you want to go! Both my 3-month and 6-month packages are effective and powerful.

Yes - I guide, support and educate, but this journey is YOURS. It is a very individualized process focused on your needs. Wellness is a big, broad idea and can encompass many things.
In general, we can focus on areas you feel you need support for making changes. This might include nutrition and eating habits or how to take gluten and dairy out of your diet. We might work on fitting exercise into your day and finding ways to move that work for your body. We can talk about the role stress plays and how you can reduce it in your life. Perhaps you want to drink more water each day or get better sleep.
Maybe you're not sure what you need but you just want to feel BETTER and have more ENERGY. We'll work together to figure it out.
