Although history is important, all of our work will be focused on moving forward. We will likely establish some first steps you can take to get started on your journey.
Our work together is all about you. These sessions are always led by your needs and the places where you feel you need support. I walk beside you on this journey, offer education, and provide tools to create sustainable change and achieve your goals. A Foundation Session is required before you can book single regular sessions together.
